These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LiveScheduler service (the "Service"), an online tool for scheduling recurring YouTube live broadcasts, operated by Sloan Fardèle, Sole Trader (Entrepreneur Individuel), 55 rue du Puits Boulanger, 71680 Crêches-sur-Saône, France ("we", "us").
By subscribing to a paid plan, you ("the User") agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the paid features of the Service.
LiveScheduler offers two plans:
The Service requires a Google account with access to the YouTube Data API v3. We are not responsible for limitations, quota reductions, or changes imposed by Google or YouTube.
Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable — small business exemption, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise a monthly recurring charge to your payment method until cancellation.
Under French consumer law (art. L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. However, by clicking "Subscribe" and immediately accessing the Pro features, you expressly agree that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period and you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with art. L. 221-28 (13°).
To exercise your right of withdrawal (if you have not yet accessed the Pro features), contact us at contact@live-scheduler.com.
The Pro subscription is monthly, automatically renewed. You may cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account (Customer Portal powered by Stripe). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to Pro features is maintained until that date.
You agree to:
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruptions caused by Google, YouTube, Stripe, or any third-party service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice in the event of a serious breach of these Terms (fraud, abuse, violation of YouTube's policies). In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
The collection and processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address associated with your account at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Mâcon (France), unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
